Prof. Lynch studies the cognitive psychology of consumer decision-making, with a recent focus on consumer financial decision-making. In addition to studying consumer decision-making, about a quarter of Lynch's work concerns validity issues in research methodology.
Prof. Lan Luo
Marshall School of Business
University of Southern California
Prof. Luo's primary research interests are applications of artificial intelligence in digital platforms and new product design. Prof. Luo led the Amazon Studios Science team from 2021 to 2022, and currently serves as an Amazon Scholar to its Global Media Entertainment Business.

Dr. Genevsky's research explores the social and emotional influences that shape consumer decisions and behavior. Using behavioral experimentation, market-level data analysis, and neuroimaging, he probes emotional and cognitive reactions to decision-making scenarios and subsequent influences on preference and choice.
